JJ2 Terms and Conditions –
Rules for Pakistan Players

1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and JJ2 ("JJ2", "we", "us", "the platform") governing access to and use of the JJ2 website at jj2.app and any associated mobile applications, including the JJ2 Android App.

JJ2 is an online entertainment platform offering Slots, Live Casino, Fish Games, Sports Betting, and VIP rewards to players in Pakistan. All services are provided for entertainment purposes only. By accessing the platform, depositing PKR, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the JJ2 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and JJ2.

2Eligibility

To register and use JJ2 you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual on your own behalf, not as a representative of another person or entity.
• You must not be residing in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is specifically prohibited by local law.
• You must not have been previously excluded from JJ2 under a self-exclusion agreement that is still active.
• You must be the registered owner of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals on JJ2.

JJ2 reserves the right to request age and identity verification from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension until the verification process is completed.

3Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on JJ2. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You must not impersonate another person or provide false details. JJ2 may run verification checks against the information you provide and may request supporting documentation at any stage.

• Use a strong, unique password and do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Notify JJ2 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Keep your registered email address and phone number current so that JJ2 can contact you regarding account activity.
• You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you personally initiated that activity.

JJ2 does not allow accounts to be transferred, sold, or gifted to another person under any circumstances.

4Deposits & Payments

JJ2 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfer, direct bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed on the deposits page at the time of your transaction.

Deposits are generally credited to your JJ2 account balance immediately or within a very short processing window depending on the payment method selected. JJ2 does not charge internal fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

• You must only deposit using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• JJ2 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of deposit.
• In the event of a failed deposit, contact JJ2 support with your transaction reference and the support team will investigate within a reasonable timeframe.

JJ2 does not accept deposits from players who have set active deposit limits that would be exceeded by the transaction. The platform enforces limit settings automatically.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on JJ2 are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method linked to your account. JJ2 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods that are not verified as belonging to you.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified. This includes confirming your identity and the ownership of your payment method. Withdrawals requested before verification is complete will be held pending until the verification process concludes.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account at the time of the request.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours; bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• JJ2 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual activity has been detected.
• Withdrawals requested on public holidays or outside normal banking hours may experience slightly longer processing times through bank transfer channels.

6Bonuses & Promotions

JJ2 offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry windows. These specific terms are always displayed alongside the promotion itself.

The general principles that apply to all JJ2 bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device, and IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements count differently across game types — Slots typically contribute 100%, while Live Casino games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion.
• Bonuses that are not used within their stated validity window will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• JJ2 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus offer at any time. If a bonus is withdrawn after you have already opted in, any wagering already completed will be taken into account.
• Suspected abuse of the bonus system — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play — may result in the bonus being voided.

7Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on JJ2 — including Slots, Live Casino tables, Fish Games, and Sports markets — are governed by the rules of the respective game provider and by the fair play standards JJ2 maintains across the platform. Game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of Live Casino, by live human dealers operating under independent game provider oversight.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software to interact with the platform in a way not available to standard users.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through a known or suspected error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players in card or table games to gain an advantage over the house or other players.

9Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a cooling-off period.

10Account Suspension & Closure

JJ2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time and without prior notice where JJ2 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal purposes.
• The player has provided false information during registration or verification.
• Multiple accounts have been created by the same individual.
• The player is under 18 years of age.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and there is no balance held.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be voided. Verified real-money balances that are not associated with the breach will generally be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting JJ2 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe and all verified balances will be returned.

11Privacy & Data

JJ2 collects and processes personal data as described in the JJ2 Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data in accordance with that policy. JJ2 does not sell your personal data to third parties. 12Limitation of Liability

JJ2 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While the team makes every effort to maintain platform uptime, game integrity, and payment reliability, JJ2 cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.

• JJ2 is not liable for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side, device failures, or third-party payment provider delays.
• JJ2 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits or emotional distress.
• In the event of a verifiable technical error that affected game outcomes, JJ2 will investigate and may void the affected bets and return stakes at its discretion.
• JJ2's total liability to any player in respect of any claim is limited to the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits JJ2's liability for fraud or for any matter where limitation would be unlawful.

13Changes to These Terms

JJ2 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, payment methods, game offerings, or applicable standards. When material changes are made, JJ2 will notify registered players via their registered email address or through an in-platform notification.

Continued use of the JJ2 platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
